This assignment was an art directed book cover for concepts class. One of my friends gave this sketch for me to work with. His stuff is pretty excellent.

And here's my finished illustration. I decided to do something even more understated. I wanted the maid to be even more anonymous because I felt like that fit with the story (though I did not read it.) I also wanted to use the vacuum to help establish period.
